In this role, you will assess residents’ cognitive, physical, emotional, and social needs and create individual and group music therapy sessions that reduce anxiety, support memory, and enhance quality of life. You will collaborate closely with nursing, rehab, activities, and social work staff, document treatment goals and outcomes, and communicate with families.
