• People Solutions Specialist handles the operational objectives of assigned activities for the Talent Acquisition Operational processes, programs, and/or services. Frequent contact with department leadership, business stakeholders, and candidates outside the organization.
• Manages the employee management life-cycle (onboarding, offboarding, background checks, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Review and confirm accuracy of offer details in advance of offer preparation.
• Develop internal and external candidate offer letters in accordance with the client’s policy.
• Update the candidate status after offer delivery.
• Initiation of backgrounds and onboarding paperwork.
