What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Collaborate with leaders to define and implement the vision and strategy for Flow Studio
  • Develop and manage actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing impactful workflows
  • Act as the customer‑facing leader, regularly engaging with customers to validate product strategy
  • Work cross‑functionally with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Developers to ensure seamless integration of capabilities
  • Conduct ongoing customer discovery to inform iterative development and maximize impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 10 years in product management or development, with significant exposure to media & entertainment
  • Proven experience in machine learning and strong expertise in computer vision or generative AI
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Production Management tools and competitive AI solutions used in VFX or animation

    Strong collaboration skills with a proven ability to deliver integrated solutions
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of engaging executive stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience managing projects in a large organization and working in Agile/SCRUM environments
  • Familiarity with web development on industry‑scale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge of statistical analytics platforms and concepts
  • Familiarity with 3D graphics, rendering pipelines, or real‑time engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya)
  • Strong grasp of competitors’ products, their strengths, weaknesses, and target markets
