Key Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership and Growth
    Own the Order Management product area, driving growth and continuous improvement while serving as the subject matter expert for all order-related capabilities.
  • Agile Team Facilitation
    Enable a high-performing Agile team environment, ensuring efficient delivery across the entire Order Management lifecycle—from order capture to fulfillment.
  • Innovative Development
    Shape and execute a roadmap focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes, reducing complexity, and minimizing technical debt within the Order Management domain.
  • Strategic Leadership
    Define and lead the product strategy for Order Management by aligning cross-functional stakeholders, delivering measurable business value, and achieving intended impact.
  • Strategic Partnerships
    Build and nurture partnerships that enhance Order Management functionality, expand integration capabilities, and attract adjacent customer segments to accelerate adoption and success.
