Our Personal Lines Team is seeking a Personal Lines Account Coordinator to join our growing team in Lowell, MA! Our Account Coordinator will work with and learn from our Account Executives to build an exciting career while helping our High Net Worth clients prepare for the unexpected.

• Accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients by assisting with overall workflow processes and providing routine client support.
• Contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Adhering to efficiency/productivity and process standards such as data and documents requirements, timelines, tool usage, etc.
• Support clients in creating correspondence to carriers and clients, including transmission of final audits, policy binders, renewals, and other written communications, as well as provide administrative support when needed.
• Help to manage accounts by entering client information into agency management system, auditing client data, processing change requests, preparing notices of cancellations & reinstatements, and various other administrative tasks.
• Actively engage in learning by studying insurance industry trends and seeking out self‑directed learning to increase insurance knowledge.
• Maintain carrier updates and bulletins.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience; previous experience managing client relationships.
• Behaviors: Exceptional organizational skills, Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
