• Accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients by assisting with the overall workflow processes and providing routine client support.
• Contribute to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG’s value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Adhere to efficiency/productivity and process standards such as data and documents requirements, timelines, tool usage, etc.
• Support clients in creating correspondence to carriers and clients, including transmission of final audits, policy binders, renewals, and other written communications, as well as provide administrative support when needed.
• Help manage accounts by entering client information into the agency management system, auditing client data, processing change requests, preparing notices of cancellations & reinstatements, and various other administrative tasks.
• Secure documentation needed to be retained by the agency including signed applications, replacement cost estimates, rejection of coverage and confirmation of orders.
• Leverage technical knowledge to ensure carrier quotes are received in a timely fashion; review quotes for gaps and assist with inquiries from the carrier.
• Attend training and seek self‑directed learning to continue education in industry and technical knowledge.
• Actively engage in learning by studying insurance industry trends and seeking out self‑directed learning to increase insurance knowledge.
• Maintain carrier updates and bulletins.
• Maintain files with proper records according to company procedures. Follow company procedures to achieve positive audit results.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer’s License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
