Maintenance Manager (Fortune 500 Manufacturing)
We are representing a Fortune 500 industrial manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Maintenance/Reliability Manager due to a recent promotion. This 300+ employee plant offers industry‑leading compensation, benefits, and culture. The GM is looking to begin the interview process ASAP!
Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr
Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus
- The Maintenance Manager reports to the Plant General Manager and leads a department of 30 employees (5 direct reports).
- Full ownership of the Maintenance and Reliability Engineering department.
- Training and development of staff.
- Complete AM/PM schedule of all plant capital equipment.
- Manage all external service providers and contractor relationships.
- Project management activities, including equipment installations.
- Work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Quality.
- Degree is preferred.
- 3–5 years of Plant Engineering or Maintenance Leadership experience.
- Experience in a high speed/fast‑paced manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
