Enwork is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our Wood Furniture Department. The ideal candidate will have experience operating woodworking machinery, including panel saws
, CNC routers, edge banders, and related equipment. Candidates should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.

• Manufacture products in a team environment while meeting customer and production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Set up and operate woodworking machinery to accurately produce parts.
• Operate CNC routers, saws, edge banders, and related equipment as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and identify potential machine issues.
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support continuous improvement and production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Previous experience operating woodworking machinery, panel saw or related manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and process wood panels.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering prints, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
  .
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, and perform physical activities throughout the entire shift.
