Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Location: Lowell MA (Hybrid – up to 2 days onsite, Tue/Wed/Thu)

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Contract to Potential Hire - Duration: Through July 31, 2026

Pay Rate: $45 to $50 per hour

, where you’ll design and execute integrated marketing strategies that engage customers and prospects throughout their buying journey. Your work will directly influence lead generation and sales success through innovative campaigns and account-based experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan & Execute: Develop and manage a comprehensive demand generation program and budget.
  • Measure Impact: Leverage tools to track, analyze, and report campaign performance.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Build and implement ABX (Account-Based Experience) strategies.
  • Collaborate: Partner with Portfolio Marketing, Field Marketing, Operations, Creative, and Web teams to deliver seamless programs.
  • Optimize ROI: Maximize program effectiveness through internal and external partnerships.
  • Process Excellence: Maintain repeatable processes for program development and follow-up, ensuring timely communication with sales and business development teams.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 5–8 years in B2B software lead/demand generation (preferred).
  • Education: BA/BS required; MBA is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proven success in lead/demand generation and achieving measurable goals.
  • Excellent written communication skills (must-have).
  • Strong metrics orientation and familiarity with automated marketing environments.
  • Knowledge of positioning principles and methodology.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Eloqua (preferred).
  • Attributes:
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, influence, and interpersonal skills.
