Wound Care Nurse - LPN/LVN – PRN

Join the Restorix Health team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Wound Care unit. Our mission is to restore health and improve the quality of life.

We are looking for compassionate and skilled LPNs who will:

• Provide patient care based on scientific principles, nursing theory, and evidence-based practice.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Recognize changes in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes.

• Valid LPN nursing license.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Prior experience working with wound care patients preferred (training provided).
• Experience with billing and coding preferred.

• Monday – Friday schedule with no weekends.
