We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner at a school-based health center northwest of Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:- Examines and treats patients to assure continuity of care.
- Makes assessment of each patient, including medical history, allergies, and psycho-social problems.
- Reviews abnormal lab values and plans appropriate treatment.
- Identifies patient needs for teaching and referrals.
- Develops patient care plans based on mutual goals.
- Current Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner License; FNP or PNP
- Masters in Nursing
- Board Certification in appropriate discipline
- Current CPR Certification
- Driver License required
- Pediatrics Experience Preferred
