Registered Nurse (Full-Time | Monday Friday, 8am4pm | No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays)
Overview:
Were seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join an interdisciplinary care team providing high‑quality care to older adults in the community. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule, strong work‑life balance, and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective services.
- Monitor health status, administer medications, and educate participants and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support quality care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Current MA RN license
. - 2+ years of experience with the geriatric population preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills.
- Local travel required.
Schedule:
- Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8am‑4pm
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
