A Psych Nurse Practitioner is needed to cover outpatient clinic and 2 adolescent residential facilities in Haverhill and Lowell. The role involves split time as needed between locations, with Psychiatrist Supervision Provided.

The schedule is flexible, with the ability to make your own hours and work a 4-day week. The ideal candidate is a reliable, dependable, and professional provider who will check in with facilities weekly to determine the work schedule and facility needs.

Responsibilities will include assessing patients' mental health, prescribing medication, and initiating diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
