Registered Nurse –
Care One
Location: Lowell, MA
Salary: $38.00–$45.00 per hour (based on licensed experience)
Responsibilities- Shift coordination and oversight of nursing care for assigned residents.
- Direct and indirect provision of care per each resident’s nursing and medical plan and applicable regulations and nursing standards.
- May serve as Medication/Treatment Nurse, unit Charge Nurse, or Supervisor.
- Direct day‑to‑day functions of LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policies.
- Assess and respond to resident conditions using the nursing.
- Collaborate cooperatively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain effective communication with team members to assure high‑standard care.
- Complete and ensure accurate LPN and CNA documentation of care and services.
- Prepare reports such as 24‑hour change‑in‑condition and Incident reports as required by the Director of Nursing Services.
- Respond immediately to resident risk situations such as abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of property.
- Report incidents in a timely manner per facility policy.
- Ensure timely and accurate medication and treatment administration.
- Communicate with physicians and document changes in resident condition using objective and subjective assessments.
- Document and implement changes in nursing and medical plans of care.
- Ensure interdisciplinary team members are aware of and understand changes in care plans.
- Associate’s degree from a credentialed nursing school.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 1 year of related nursing experience.
