We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) position.
In this role, you will
- provide high-acuity pediatric patient care,
- administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support,
- monitor and document patient conditions,
- collaborate with interdisciplinary teams,
and
- ensure compliance with safety standards and policies.
Qualified candidates must have
- An active Massachusetts RN license,
- at least 2 years of recent PICU experience,
- current BLS & ACLS certifications (PALS preferred),
and
- ability to pass background screening.
Ideal skills include confidence in fast-paced, high-acuity environments, adaptability, and strong clinical competence.
This PRN role offers flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts, competitive pay ($60-$62/hr), weekly pay, and benefits such as insurance and referral bonuses.
