You must set the example, follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Handle staffing and scheduling.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Oversee food management.
• Maintain a perfect store image and adherence to standards.
• Provide great customer service.
• Ensure attendance and punctuality.
• Arrange transportation to/from work.
• Keep the store clean and safe.
• Drive marketing initiatives and profitability.
