Are you outgoing and passionate about helping people? This is a fantastic opportunity to earn based on your performance. You will earn a base pay plus commissions, with potential to make up to $17.50/hour + $1,000 weekly in commissions.

Your responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers, booking appointments for our window experts, and following up with the team. We provide paid training and marketing strategies to support your success.

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Motivated to grow the RBA footprint
• Dependable team player
• Availability during weekdays and weekends
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
