, the Regional Director of Market Development leads strategic sales and marketing initiatives across skilled nursing facilities to achieve occupancy goals and enhance market presence.

• Lead regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy and census goals across assigned facilities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare partners, and community organizations.

• Support facility-level marketing teams in executing outreach, branding, and business development initiatives.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and referral patterns to identify growth opportunities.

• Coach and support facility leadership on effective sales strategies, presentations, and referral development techniques.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with clinical capabilities and service offerings.

• Drive accountability for performance metrics, including admissions, census growth, and referral volume.

• Represent the organization at professional events, conferences, and community networking opportunities.

• Minimum of 3+ years of skilled nursing sales and marketing leadership experience required.

• Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.

• Strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, as business needs require.

• Demonstrated experience in driving census growth and building referral networks in healthcare settings.
