• Provide high‑quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalism.
• Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information.
• Ensure employees, visitors and contractors are properly cleared and possess proper security badges when accessing the property. Follow site‑specific performance manuals and post orders; report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to client and/or other security personnel.
• Protect property, materials, equipment, and information from danger of terrorism, sabotage, espionage, intrusion, and criminal acts.
• Respond to and assess security alarms or emergency alarms.
• Function as a first responder in emergency situations.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Must be able to obtain an active U.S. government‑issued Top Secret security clearance.
• A valid license to carry in Massachusetts is required prior to employment.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate access control systems.
• Computer proficiency to perform database searches.
