Pro Mach seeks a Field Service Technician based in the Boston, MA area to install, commission, repair, and maintain Modern Packaging automated machinery at customer sites, using both electrical and mechanical skills. You will travel to customer sites to ensure equipment performs at its best.
You will troubleshoot, perform audits, install upgrades, and deliver operator training, while documenting all service activities in detailed site reports.
