A Typical DayAs a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist you will help clients make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. You will build strong client relationships and wow clients now and in the future.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with teammates
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous customer‑service experience
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
