Customer Service Associate

We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks, stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional interactions
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restocking bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or pharmacy
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
