Delivery Driver

Schaedler Yesco Distribution is a family- and employee-owned company with 29 locations across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York. We illuminate the electrical industry since 1924, providing solutions in lighting, datacomm, automation, and industrial services.

• Pull and pack orders
• Help Will Call customers
• Unload, receive, and put away stock when needed
• Prepare orders to ship via 3rd party
• Load trucks
• Ensure inventory accuracy
• Back-up driver for morning and afternoon run
• Back-up the Wire Services department as needed

Monday-Friday 5:30 am until production is done. Summer hours are 5:00 am to 1:00 pm;
Winter hours are 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. These hours are subject to change due to route needs.

This job operates primarily in a warehouse setting. Varying temperatures and moving equipment are present; the noise level can be loud.

• Ability to understand direction, solve issues logically, and adapt well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must communicate professionally and effectively with others.
• Demonstrates safe working habits.

• Stand, walk for extended distances; stoop, kneel, crouch; lift/carry weight up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Climb a ladder
• Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehousing machinery/tools
• Use a keyboard and type proficiently
• Vision abilities required: close, color, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and similar equipment
• Two years of experience driving a 24ft-26ft box truck for delivery

Work hours:

Monday-Friday;
Summer hours are 5am to 1pm and Winter hours are 6am to 2pm. These are subject to change due to route needs.
