Berks Endodontics is the oldest established endodontic practice in Berks County (since 1979), with a large and loyal referral base built over decades of trusted care. We’re a team-oriented, supportive, and quality-driven group committed to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care. As demand continues to grow, we’re seeking a motivated Endodontist to join our team and help carry on this legacy.
Compensation & Benefits- 45% of collections
- $5,000 signing bonus (paid after 3 months of full-time employment)

Procedures:
- Non-surgical and surgical endodontic treatment & retreatment
- Endodontic bleaching of discolored teeth
- Diagnosis and management of endodontic-related symptoms (e.g., fractured teeth)
Schedule: Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week
Business Hours

Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Mentorship: Structured mentorship available, with direct support from partner doctors
New Grads:
Open to new graduates!
- 6 total operatories, with 2 fully designated for the new associate
- Microscope, computer with large monitor, and digital radiography in every operatory
- CBCT
- Endo Vision management software
- Supportive team with long-term members
- 2 dedicated assistants per associate for efficiency
- Certificate in endodontics from a US based accredited program.
- Valid Pennsylvania state dental license
- Strong clinical skills and excellent patient communication
- Team-oriented with commitment to compassionate patient care
