Associate Director, Digital Scientific Workflows, leading digital tools for sample management across drug substance, drug product, and analytical development in biopharma.
Responsibilities- serve as SME for systems like LIMS, Appian, and Benchling
- collaborate with scientists to gather requirements for digital solutions
- design dashboards, reports, and data exports
- influence data strategy and drive adoption of digital workflows
- mentor junior team members
- Ph.D. (3+ yrs), M.S. (5+ yrs), or B.S. (7+ yrs) in relevant scientific or technical fields
- experience integrating data capture systems within pharma or chemical industries
- proficiency with digital systems, data visualization, and cloud platforms (AWS)
- strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills
- experience with biologics, vaccines, data pipeline tools, relational databases, and supporting wet-lab scientists
- digital workflows in drug development, cross-modality sample management, data strategy influence, collaborative environment
