Empower AI in Boyers, PA is seeking a VoIP Technician to install, configure, and support enterprise voice, video, and related services across DoD enclaves. You will troubleshoot registration, call quality, voicemail, and Jabber issues while coordinating with the VoIP Engineer.
The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I, and hands-on experience with CUCM, Unity, Jabber, and VTC endpoints.
