Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a LPN Clinical Supervisor for a full‑time position which will report into our Administrative office in Cabot, PA.

• Licensed in PA as a License Practical Nurse
• +1 years of post-licensure experience (supervisory experience recommended)
• Warm, approachable, and communicative — people come to you for guidance
• Skilled in managing clinical standards while supporting individual growth
• Passionate about empowering others and improving client outcomes

• Supervise and support a team of clinicians (e.g., therapists, nurses, case managers)
• Provide regular clinical supervision and case consultations
• Ensure clinical documentation and services meet quality standards and compliance
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff
• Help create a healthy, team-centered work environment where people can thrive
