Senior Scientist in Discovery Neuroscience focusing on biomarker discovery and validation for neurodegenerative diseases using mass spectrometry-based assays.
Responsibilitiesdeveloping and applying LC-MS techniques (DDA, DIA proteomics, LC-MS/MS) for preclinical models and human biospecimens, supporting target identification and translational research, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop fluid biomarkers for clinical translation.
Tasksassay transfer, external collaboration, and bioinformatics analysis using tools like Skyline, Max Quant, and Spectronaut.
RequirementsPhD in Analytical Chemistry or related field with at least four years postdoctoral/industry experience; expertise in omics (metabolomics, lipidomics, proteomics), mass spectrometry, assay development, data processing, and bioinformatics; experience with neurodegenerative disease research preferred.
