What You’ll DoThis is a sales-focused role where you’ll learn how to generate business, build relationships, and close deals:
- Build relationships with referral partners (realtors, lenders, and local professionals)
- Learn how to generate new business through networking and outreach
- Work opportunities within an existing book of business
- Quote and sell personal lines insurance (home, auto, umbrella)
- Provide a consultative experience by helping clients understand coverage options
- Develop and track your own pipeline while working toward sales goals
- Motivated individuals looking to start or grow a career in sales
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and driven by income potential
- Coachable and eager to follow a proven process
Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Full licensing support provided, including guidance and resources
Compensation & Growth- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
