You will report to the Operations Manager, playing a critical role in ensuring all orders and inquiries are processed with great attention to detail. Your multitasking abilities will be key in managing customer interactions while coordinating closely with the dispatch team for efficient service delivery. Your communication skills will foster a professional experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Accurately process sales orders and inquiries
• Enter and verify order information with precision
• Assist with customer tracking and issue resolution
• Coordinate delivery scheduling with dispatch teams
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service roles, particularly telephone support
• Competence in computer systems and order processing
• Experience with dispatch or call center environments is advantageous
• Knowledge of HRM routes is beneficial
• Capacity to work under pressure in high-volume situations
