Meat Cutter in Retail - Customer Engagement

As a Meat Cutter, your focus will be preparing meat products that meet our customers' needs while ensuring adherence to industry standards set by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. You will also assist in merchandising the meat department and provide necessary training to new team members. Collaboration with the Meat Manager is essential for the success of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional customer service in the meat department

• Merchandise meat products to enhance customer appeal

• Follow CFIA regulations for food safety

• Maintain company standards in daily operations

• Provide training to new employees and clerks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 12 months in meat production

• Full understanding of retail operations

• Independent worker in a busy environment

• Hybrid presence at the office three times weekly
