Retail Front Store Clerk Position

Join our team as a Front Store Clerk, focusing on customer service and transaction management. This role is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about delivering excellent service.

In this role, you will assist customers, manage the cash register, and process transactions efficiently, including lottery services and utility payments. You’ll also maintain the customer service desk area, supporting the front end of our store. No experience is necessary, making this a great entry point into retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet customer needs through exceptional service

• Accurately manage a cash drawer per company policies

• Handle lotto services and related transactions

• Process utility payments and handle customer inquiries

• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the service area

Requirements:

• Basic math skills are essential

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

• Partial high school education preferred

• No prior experience needed

• Must be able to lift weights up to 50 lbs
