Security Officer

Position: Allied Universal Security Officer Role
Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, and contribute to site safety and security operations. This role demands confidence in patrol duties and familiarity with technology.

Allied Universal seeks a skilled Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our operations in Nova Scotia. A strong candidate will possess at least six months of experience in security, ensuring effective communication and incident management. A full availability for the rotational schedule is necessary for optimal performance in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute regular patrols to maintain security

• Respond proactively to alarms and emergency situations

• Monitor access for employees, visitors, and contractors

• Complete logs, reports, and assigned tasks diligently

• Deter theft and unsafe activities effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum six months of relevant security experience

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• First Aid & CPR certification necessary

• Strong communication and customer service aptitude

• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 20 kg
