Student Liason Administrator

Your new role
My client is seeking a Student Liaison Administrator to provide a professional, welcoming first point of contact for students and staff at a teaching venue in Lowestoft.

This is a varied, customer-facing role combining reception duties, enquiry handling and administrative support. You'll work independently on site while being part of a wider central team, delivering excellent service and effective signposting to academic and student support services.

Key duties include:

• Acting as the first point of contact via reception, email and telephone
• Managing enquiries and signposting to relevant services
• Supporting student services bookings and attendance monitoring
• Maintaining accurate records and administrative processes
• Liaising with college staff and maintaining on-site information

• Experienced in a front-line customer service role
• Confident working independently
• Strong communicator with excellent IT skills
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
• Experience in Further or Higher Education is desirable
