East Suffolk Council is seeking a HHSRS Co-ordinator to join the Housing department on a temporary basis. This role provides administrative support to manage HHSRS actions, damp and mould issues, and co-ordinate inspections with tenants, inspectors and contractors.
Working in a Regulatory Compliance Team, you will maintain records, track repairs, meet legislative timescales, and communicate with residents about case progress.
