    Lecturer Scale – £35,112.48 to £41,600.00 FTE (actual £14,044.99 to £16,640.00 per annum)

We require all staff to hold a Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English and Maths, and be able to evidence this.

Please note, candidates who secure a teaching position but do not currently hold a teacher qualification are required to obtain this within their first three years of employment. This can be provided by the college, however, the employee will be required to sign a commitment form, where they will be eligible to pay fees back should they fail to complete the qualification, or exit the organisation within the committed timeframe.

Employees can secure their own funding such as Student Finance for the qualifications should they wish.
