We are seeking an inspirational, ambitious and talented Lower School Phase Leader (Years 1-3) to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team at St Margaret's Primary Academy. This role is central to the success of our school and has a direct impact on the exceptional learning experiences we provide for the children.
As the Lower School Phase Leader you will have class responsibility for one of the classes in the lower school. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day teaching and learning of all children in your class, including those with Special Educational Needs, English as an Additional Language, more‑able learners and those eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant. You will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring and supporting the other teachers within your phase to ensure that all children across the phase can reach their full potential.
You will be supported through high‑quality coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders, ensuring you can thrive in every aspect of your role.
