Duties

  • Follow school behaviour policies, routines, and safeguarding procedures

  • Represent Step Teachers professionally while working as a Secondary Supply Teacher (ECT)

  • Enthusiasm for teaching and developing as a Secondary Supply Teacher (ECT)
  • Confidence working with secondary‑aged pupils across KS3 and KS4
