Dutiesas Secondary Supply Teacher (ECT)
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons confidently across a range of secondary subjects

- Follow school behaviour policies, routines, and safeguarding procedures
- Ensure continuity of learning and keep pupils engaged throughout the school day

- Provide clear feedback and handover notes for permanent staff
- Represent Step Teachers professionally while working as a Secondary Supply Teacher (ECT)
- Qualified Teacher Status, suitable for Early Career Teachers
- Enthusiasm for teaching and developing as a Secondary Supply Teacher (ECT)
- Confidence working with secondary‑aged pupils across KS3 and KS4
- A flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach to supply teaching
- Good classroom and behaviour management skills
