- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 3.15pm (part‑time hours may be considered)

Warren School are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants who are motivated and friendly, with a passion for improving outcomes and life experiences for our pupils in the school with Severe Learning Disabilities and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities needs. The school is looking for a range of Teaching Assistants to help us deliver the curriculum and help our pupils achieve their potential.

- have experience working with SEND students
- use a range of strategies to support a diverse range of complex needs
- have strong interpersonal skills and innovative techniques
- can support a rich, high quality, stimulating, and enabling learning environment, where resources can be accessed appropriately by all pupils
- can support each pupil to access a broad, balanced, and relevant curriculum differentiated to meet individual needs
- use creative and diverse approaches to support the needs of all pupils and to develop a love of learning
- can support tasks relating to ‘real life’ experiences
- are willing to share good practice
- are looking for a challenge
- are passionate about supporting learning characteristics in pupils
- can adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines
- can maintain confidentiality
- have a desire to participate in school and Trust CPD opportunities
- have an awareness of safeguarding
- are willing to contribute to the wider school through our curriculum enrichment and extended school offer.
