, we are proud to be a forward-thinking, all-through special school supporting pupils with moderate learning difficulties (MLD) and complex needs from Year 3 to Year 11. As part of an exciting restructure of our pastoral team, we are seeking a visionary Key Stage 3 Inclusion Lead to join us in this brand-new role.
This is a pivotal leadership position designed for a teacher who wants to make a significant impact beyond their own classroom. You will be the strategic lead for inclusion within Key Stage 3, ensuring that our curriculum and provision allow every learner to achieve the highest standards possible.
In this role, you ll:Lead the Annual Review process for all pupils within your Key Stage and monitor progress toward individual interim targets
Whether you are a Primary or Secondary trained teacher, we want to hear from you. We value the diverse expertise that both phases bring to a special school setting.
You will be:- a professional with a strong understanding of SEN and inclusive practices
- an expert communicator who can partner with parents, carers, and external agencies
- a data-informed leader who can monitor achievement targets and evaluate the impact of teaching on student progress
- a proactive team player dedicated to maintaining the school’s nurturing ethos and identity
