We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our primary school team, supporting children with complex needs within our specialised provision. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of children requiring additional support.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide tailored support to children with complex needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
• Work closely with the lead teacher to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
• Assist in the development and delivery of engaging educational activities that cater to the specific needs of each child.
• Monitor and record the progress of students, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in SEN support.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within an SEN setting.
• Understanding of the challenges faced by children with complex needs.
