EHS Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to support offshore wind operations based out of Lowestoft. This role involves a blend of onshore site-based activities and offshore work via Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV), ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations.

• Provide day-to-day EHS support across offshore wind projects and associated onshore sites
• Promote a strong safety culture and act as a subject matter expert in safety
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Deliver safety briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• NEBOSH (General Certificate or equivalent)
• Offshore wind experience essential
• Valid OEUK Medical
• GWO Sea Survival (and relevant GWO modules)
• Experience working on CTVs and offshore environments
• Strong working knowledge of EHS legislation and best practice

• Safety-focused with a proactive approach
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently across both site and offshore environments
• Adaptable and comfortable in dynamic operational settings
