This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lowestoft for a Senior Barber who will deliver superior grooming services in a professional and friendly environment. Responsibilities include performing stylish cuts, hair treatments, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences, offering professional advice on haircare and styling products, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the Senior Barber will manage the day-to-day running of the shop, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

• Proficiency in Hair Styling, including contemporary and traditional hairstyles
• Expertise in Barbering, Hair Cutting, and creating precise finishes
• Experience with Hair Care techniques and knowledge of grooming products
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to mentor and guide team members
• Dedication to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and safety protocols
