Support Worker – Oulton Broad, Lowestoft

We are seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Lowestoft. There are two permanent part‑time positions (20 hours).

• Support 4 people with PMLD/complex needs.
• May involve sleep ins and wake nights.
• Assist with daily activities such as trampoline use, swimming, and provide emotional support.

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive and empathetic attitude toward individuals with learning disabilities.

• Part‑time: 20 hours
• Part‑time: flexible hours based on availability

• Days: 07:00 – 22:00
• Waking nights: 22:00 – 07:00
