Salary: £12.60/hr (Real Living Wage) + enhancements for Sundays & Bank Holidays
Contract: Annualised Contracts | No night shifts
We are looking for a dedicated care worker who supports individuals in leading fulfilling lives—whether through engaging with hobbies or outings or by delivering essential personal care with dignity and compassion. The role focuses on building trust, encouraging independence, and making each day meaningful.
Driver: Driver With Access To a Car Required
• 45p/mile + paid travel time
- Support people with daily living, personal care, and community activities

We offer a 3-week induction with a dedicated buddy to support you from day one. You’ll be expected to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care during your probation period. We’ll support your development with dedicated study days and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.
Your start date will be confirmed after an enhanced DBS (which we pay for) and recruitment checks.
