Home Manager

Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their well-established not-for-profit elderly care providers to appoint a Home Manager for a high-performing residential and dementia service based in Suffolk.

This is a well-run home with an excellent regulatory track record. The foundations are strong. The focus now is on maintaining standards, strengthening team culture, and continuing to deliver outstanding dementia care.

We are keen to speak with experienced Home Managers or established Deputy Managers who are ready to take the step into their first home leadership role.

The role will involve:

* Full operational and quality leadership of the home

* Championing best practice in dementia care

* Ensuring continued regulatory compliance and governance oversight

* Developing, mentoring and retaining a stable staff team

* Building strong relationships with residents and families

To be considered, you will need:

* Proven experience within residential elderly care

* A strong background in supporting people living with dementia

* Sound knowledge of CQC standards

* A confident, values-driven leadership style

The role offers a salary of £40,000–£50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
