Amazing new job opportunity as Domiciliary Care Branch Manager based in Lowestoft, Suffolk. The role requires a proven track record of growing a domiciliary care business and driving standards to attain a CQC overall rating of Outstanding. You will work for one of the UK’s leading health care providers.

We are an independent, family‑run organisation dedicated to providing quality person‑centred care in homes and residential settings.

Must have a minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with previous experience in a domiciliary care setting essential.

• Responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the Branch
• Build the customer base
• Create an environment that attracts and retains high‑quality staff, contributing to effective teamwork
• Maintain CQC compliance in line with CQC standards
• Liaise with healthcare professionals to understand best practice
• Liaise with senior management and deliver KPIs as required

• Excellent business acumen with a strong desire to develop and grow the service
• Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
• Good leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Full UK driving licence/car owner

The successful Domiciliary Care Manager will receive an excellent salary of £45,000 per annum. This is a permanent, full‑time role of 40 hours a week, working from 9 am to 5 pm. In return, you will receive generous benefits including:
