💙 What You'll Be Doing

As a Bank Support Worker, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support that empowers children, young people, and adults to live safer, healthier, and more independent lives.

Depending on your experience and preferences, your shifts could include:

✨ Providing compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs.

🏡 Supporting children, young people, and supported living services, respite and within the community.

🌱 Encouraging independence by developing life skills, building confidence, promoting resilience, and supporting personal goals.

🤝 Building positive, trusting relationships where people feel safe, respected, valued, and heard.

💬 Providing emotional support, reassurance, and encouragement while promoting dignity, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

📚 Supporting with everyday routines including education, appointments, meal preparation, budgeting, shopping and daily living activities.

🎨 Encouraging participation in meaningful activities, hobbies, community events, education, volunteering, and social opportunities that promote wellbeing and inclusion.

🌈 Supporting individuals through challenging situations using calm, positive, and therapeutic approaches.

📝 Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns professionally while following safeguarding procedures.
