This role is perfect for an experienced Care Quality or Compliance professional within the healthcare sector, confident supporting services to meet and maintain CQC standards. You'll take responsibility for quality oversight across services in Suffolk and Norfolk, working closely with leadership teams to drive safe, person-centred care.,
What You'll Do- Monitor, maintain, and evidence compliance with CQC regulations.
- Support services through inspections, audits, and improvement plans.
- Work collaboratively with managers to raise standards of care.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and person-centred care.
- Lead and support quality assurance across services in Suffolk and Norfolk.
- All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and verification of the right to work in the UK.
