Position: Systems Support Manager (Projects)

and Melton, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 1RT

Salary: £44,075 - £48,226 per annum

Hours:

37 hours per week

Contract:

Fixed term for 12 months

About the role

We're looking for a self‑motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our team at Anglia Revenues Partnership (ARP). This is a fantastic opportunity to provide oversight, coordination and assurance across multiple systems‑based projects within ARP and act as the project manager for some system‑based projects.

What you’ll need
  • Experience working with Revenues and Benefits systems and coordinating system‑based projects
  • Analytical, inquisitive, and solutions‑focused
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in building effective working relationships
  • Experience working within a Systems, ICT or technical support environment
  • Technical problem solving
  • Customer‑focused, with a commitment to engage and consult to deliver service improvements
  • Resilient under pressure
  • Flexible, open and a positive attitude to change
